மிளகு - 2 டீஸ்பூன்
இஞ்சி - சிறிதளவு
சீரகம் - 2 டீஸ்பூன்
கருவேப்பிலை - சிறிதளவு
முந்திரிப் பருப்பு - 25 கிராம்
பெருங்காயத்தூள் - ½ டீஸ்பூன்
மஞ்சள் தூள் - ½ டீஸ்பூன்
நெய் - 2 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன்
