Описание: It's no doubt Mitch Richmond was one of the best shooting guards of the 90s. His first 3 years in the NBA was amazing. He was the rookie of the year after averaging over 20ppg. After being traded to the Sacramento he became an all star and his scoring took off although his team were never in contention. After 7 seasons there, he was traded to the Wizards and Sacramento began to win and contend for titles, while the Wizards and Richmond continued their losing. Many feel he shouldn't be in the HOF, and for reasons I'll explain if I agree or not. Should Mitch Richmond be a Hall Of Famer?
