Описание: Killer mid-90s progressive instrumental fusion metal with King Crimson "Red" era influences by the Richmond, Virginia- based band POTENTIAL DIFFERENCE, featuring guitarists Jay Rakes and Steve Jolemore, Andy Payne on drums, and George Foster on bass. This excellent band was active circa 1993-4. Surprisingly, I can't find even one mention of them on the internet. After quite a bit of sleuthing, I was able to find some references to guitarists Jay Rakes and Steve Jolemore who are still apparently associated, at least on occasion.

"Steve Jolemore's personal musical education included classical guitar studies at Florida State University with Bruce Holzman and at Norfolk State University with Sam Dorsey. Additionally, he has not only attended, but also performed at Master Classes for world-class guitarists, including Michael Lorimer, Sharon Isben, and Manuel Barrueco. Realizing a long standing dream, Steve was also afforded the opportunity to study with the great Robert Fripp. Subsequently, Steve toured with Robert Fripp and the League of Crafty Guitarists and also appeared on the groups recording A Show of Hands."
