Описание: FIG Official – 37th FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships – Birmingham (GBR), 9-12 November 2023. In Tumbling, the 2023 individual World champions were familiar faces who had never quite been able to top the podium. 2021 runner-up Mikhail Malkin (AZE) attained one of his life’s goals by winning the title. For years, Malkin has been the only tumbler of note from Azerbaijan at the World Championships, but at this edition his younger teammates took center stage as the Azerbaijan men’s team (Malkin, Tofig Aliyev, Adil Hajizada, and Elnur Mammadov) won their first World title in Trampoline Gymnastics.

At her third World Championships, French tumbler Candy Briere-Vetillard (FRA) finally won the title she had been chasing since her emergence in 2021, while a remixed British women’s Tumbling team defended their 2022 title.

In Double Mini-Trampoline, Melania Rodriguez (ESP), the first Spanish gymnast to win a world medal in Trampoline, finally gets to call the world title her own, while 2022 World champion Ruben Padilla (USA) confirmed his supremacy in the men’s event.
Team gold for the British women in Double Mini-Trampoline has been a long time coming; during the past decade, the British women have had everything but. Gold at home is the culmination of a career for Kirsty Way, Bethany Williamson and 30-year-old Ruth Shevelan, joined for the first time at the World Championships by Molly McKenna.

On the men’s side, Ruben Padilla led the U.S. DMT team to their fourth title.
