In today's video, I am sharing a detailed deep cleaning & oiling tutorial for the Brother 1034d serger. This is one of my favorite serger machines and popular amongst home & professional sewists.

Frequent cleanings and oiling is necessary to keep your machine in its best condition. This will prevent costly repairs and damaging your sewing projects.

2:36 - Front Cover Removal & Cleaning
4:25 - Bottom Panel Removal & Cleaning
6:06 - Tension Discs Cleaning
7:01 - Removing both needles
7:41 - Presser Foot, Needle Plate, Upper & Lower Blades and Stitch Finger Removal
9:47 - Front Cover Removal & Cleaning
12:08 - Oiling the interior gears
14:56 - Side Panel Removal & Cleaning
21:10 - Attach the Side Panel
23:10 - Attach the Front Cover
25:04 - Clean & install the Presser Foot, Needle Plate, Upper & Lower Blades.
27:31 - Install new needles
28:38 - Attach Bottom Panel
29:11 - Attach Front Cover
30:04 - Insert Stitch Finger
30:25 - Testing the machine
