The only vacuum distillation kit on the island of Ireland makes for an intriguing look behind the scenes at Mourne Dew Distillery. Donal Farrell shows us the process and some of the insanely tasty varieties of gin, vodka and poitin he's making in the foothills of the Mournes.

After a visit to the distillery, Hamish and Musto test out a few cocktails (not really!) in a famous old Irish pub.
