Enjoy these highlights from the 2022 Extreme Moving Step Push Hands championship in Columbus, Ohio.
The Arnold Sports Festival is the world's largest celebration of health and fitness discipline. Its annual events include CrossFit, powerlifting, bodybuilding and various combat sports. The Arnold includes a martial arts tournament, known as The Battle of Columbus.
Extreme Moving Step Push Hands is an intense and authentic form of Tai Chi Chuan practice. A wide range of traditional footwork, grappling and throwing skills are allowed under these rules. Martial artists of all styles and backgrounds are encouraged to join.
A point is scored when the opponent either leaves the marked ring, or touches the mat with three points down.
