Описание: Off trail hike/climb to Heavens Peak Lookout in Glacier National Park. Tried one route up, another down as we met another group that came a different way. Strenuous either way. Hiking time was around 11 hours. Knowing the lookout was recently restored as part of the Park Service's Centennial Legacy Projects, we were surprised to find workers at the lookout continuing with interior restoration. Thank you Park Service for deciding to restore this historic fire lookout and to the Glacier Park Fund and all the volunteers involved.
