Today I’m sharing a super easy and incredibly satisfying Kung Pao Chicken recipe. The chicken is tender and juicy, coated in a rich, savory sauce—so good with rice! Besides the sauce, the choice of ingredients is just as important for this dish. If you like it, give it a try!
腌制 Marinate:
🔹去骨鸡腿肉 Boneless Chicken Thigh (1)
🔹少许盐 a little of Salt
🔹少许胡椒粉 a little of White Pepper
🔹麻油 Sesame Oil (1茶匙/tsp)
🔹绍兴酒 Shaoxing Wine (1茶匙/tsp)
🔹玉米淀粉 Cornstarch (1茶匙/tsp)
配菜 Other Ingredients:
🔹蒜末 Minced Garlic
🔹葱头 Onion
🔹姜片 Sliced Ginger
🔹青葱 Scallion
🔹辣椒干 Dried Chilli
🔹红萝卜 Carrot
🔹腰豆 Cashew
酱汁 Sauce:
🔹盐 Salt (½茶匙/tsp)
🔹糖 Sugar (1汤匙/tbsp)
🔹生抽 Soy Sauce (1汤匙/tbsp)
🔹黑醋 Black Vinegar (½汤匙/tbsp)
🔹蕃茄酱 Tomato Sauce (1汤匙/tbsp)
🔹绍兴酒 Shaoxing Wine (1汤匙/tbsp)
🔹黑酱油适量 a little Dark Soy Sauce
🔹土豆淀粉 Potato Starch (1茶匙/tsp)
🔹清水 Water (3-5汤匙/tbsp)
补充 Additional✍🏻
✔️用鸡腿肉吃起来会比较软嫩, 鸡胸肉的话可以过一下油, 口感会更好.
Using chicken thigh meat makes the dish extra tender and juicy. If you use chicken breast, briefly frying it first will improve the texture.
✔️喜欢干身一点的话, 清水可以少放一些
If you prefer a drier finish, simply reduce the amount of water.
