This week I take you through and easy to follow (and remember) workout you can do at home, with no equipment! Take your time if your feeling fragile or if you arnt used to exercise.
I also fill you in with my latest gender scan!
Workout:
100 jumping jacks
90 mountain climbers
80 squats
70 step ups
60 kick backs
50 lunges (jump lunges)
40 TRICEP (sofa) dips
30 burpees
20 SIDE PLANK DIPS
10 press ups
Don't rush and if you feel light headed or unwell, stop and give yourself time to rest. This is to keep active NOT to push your body to its extreme. A little sweet and slightly elevated heart rate is fine :)
