The Canadian Neonatal Network (CNN) and Evidence Based Practice for Improving Quality (EPIQ) strive to address gaps in Neonatal outcomes across Canada, using evidence-based scientific methods that are targeted, collaborative and continuous. The EPIQ series is an opportunity for NICU families to learn about the work that is underway nationally in all 7 outcome groups.
In the first session on Infection Prevention and Using Antibiotics Wisley, Co-chairs Dr. Joseph Ting and Claire Hamilton, RN will share the work the Infection Prevention and Antimicrobial Stewardship group have accomplished collectively as well as the opportunities that are coming in the next couple of years. Including opportunities to co-create quality improvement work with NICU parent partners.
