Though not necessary (as I obtained the Skill Points here earlier), I decided to show off all three bosses again, to demonstrate how much easier they are once you obtain the permanent Super Flame ability.

Skill Points:
0:15 = Colossus - win a perfect 5/0 score in the one-on-one hockey match.
2:21 = Idol Springs - land on top of the idol statue.
2:52 = Aquaria Towers - destroy all of the seaweed.
6:58 = Ocean Speedway - win with time under 1:10.
8:20 = Icy Speedway - win with time under 1:15.
9:53 = Fracture Hills - run 3 perfect laps of supercharge.
10:52 = Metro Speedway - win with time under 1:15.
12:08 = Canyon Speedway - win with time under 1:10.
Hurricos - flame all of the windmills [see part 6].
Skelos Badlands - flame all of the cacti [see part 14].
Skelos Badlands - defeat all of the Catbats [see part 14].
Scorch - charge into all of the trees [see part 18].
13:18 = Crush's Dungeon - defeat Crush while taking no damage.
15:30 = Gulp's Overlook - defeat Gulp while taking no damage.
