The 98 key Lythgoe Marenghi fairground organ - Astle Park 2024

Описание: A lengthy recording of Frank Lythgoe's superb 98 key Marenghi (the ex. Tom Norman "Golden Marenghi") filmed at Astle Park steam rally on Saturday the 10th of August 2024. The organ only attends one or two events annually so it was great to finally have the pleasure of hearing it in person - much as with White's Gavi, it is another 98 recently brought back "from the dead" which is now playing to near perfection... The organ was playing on books for about 3/4 of the recording but was switched to MIDI about an hour and a quarter into the video. Apologies about the sun's glare catching on the camera lens - you would have thought I would have learnt after recording White's at SCOF in June, but the problem still persists!
