Описание: I'll admit it I was excited about this utility. In this video you'll see me trying to get this working, As mentioned on the "Learn Web Developer Tools" page for Crop And Lock it will create a thumbnail sized window of what you select. That being said you would have an easier time with the Snipping Tool that is available on most basic Windows installations.
