A fight broke out between two county commissioners before Monday night's Caldwell County Board of Commissioners meeting.
The incident involved Commissioners Jeff Branch and Donnie Potter, according to a statement from a Caldwell County spokesperson on Wednesday.
A video released by Caldwell County officials shows one of the commissioners shoving the other elected official to the ground. Other commissioners and security officers intervened to break up the fight.
