This was a second coffee shot after unboxing. After a first shot, I've made a modification in the LCC regarding the preinfusion function. And the final results you can see.

Coffee In: 16,1g double shot of Brazil Santos coffee (Medium roast)
Coffee Out: 32g double shot
Brew Ratio: 2
Pre-Infusion time: 9 sec
Extraction time: 49 sec
Puck preparation: WDT
Coffee: Brazil Santos
Roast level: Medium
The modification which I am planning to do:
1. reduce the pressure to 9 bar
2. install isolation for the coffee boiler
3. replace the stock shower screen for IMS shower screen
