I didn't think I'd ever make a full ranking again, but here we are. Short comments this time. It was actually more challenging to come up with short comments because I had to be very blunt as there was no room to sugarcoat my sentences, and I didn't want the comments to be filled with things that aren't at all related to the voice in question. I personally dislike comments that talk about everything but the voice itself and why it's been given the position it has, so I tried my best to avoid going down that road.
