INTRODUCTION :
This a small printing unit and is most suitable for OVERPRINTING LABELS CARTONS (plastic made paper made or laminated )etc. for printing details like "Mfg. Date, Batch No., Expiry Date, Retail Price,Ingredients,Logos " etc. The unit is supplied with composing block where the printing matter is composed with printer's types. The maximum printing area (size) of composing block is 5cm x 7cm. The unit is supplied with complete kit i.e. printer's type, ink etc. Output 20 to 30 impressions per minute depending on operator. This unit is useful for FOOD, CHEMICAL,PHARMACEUTICAL,AUTOMOBILE PARTS, READY MADE GARMENTS , ELECTRONICS AND OTHER INDUSTRIES .

Hand Operated Batch Printing/Coding Machine in addition of feeding and discharging the Labels/Cartons/Bags by hand, the stroke of the machine is also operated by hand.

Hand Operated and Semi Automatic Batch Printing/Coding Machines are working on the same principal of tradle machine conventionally used by all the printers. In both the machines the matter is to be composed in type block with type letters. Ink is applied on the Aluminium Roller. On each stroke of the machine the composed type letters are inked by moving Rubber Roller. Label/Carton/Bag fed on plate is getting positive impression by inked type letters.
