Ingredients:
Idlly rice -600 gm
Raw rice -400 gm
Fenugree - 50 gm
Jaggery -350gm
Palm jaggery -50 gm
Ghee
*Soak the rice and fenugreek in water for 5 hours
*After 5 hours drain the water and grind it in to thick batter
*Add a half spoon of salt and keep the batter for fermentation.
*After getting fermented mix the batter nicely
*Take the Jaggey and make a sauce.Add the sauce with the batter and mix well
*Grease some oil or ghee into the kadai.
*Heat a paniyaram pan with some ghee, pour ladleful of batter in each hole and cover and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
*Flip over and cook.
*Serve the paniyaram with coconut chutney or tomato chutney
