Poco f3 sensor, proximity problem with call

Описание: I have a problem with my brand new Poco f3 phone(global ROM 12.0.5 stable) . when I am star calling the screen often goes off before i lean to my head and I can't do nothing. I can't end the call or something else! Having a proximity sensor that doesn't work as it should can be very annoying. Its role is to turn off the display in certain contexts, i.e. during phone calls and listening to voice messages on social media. This prevents contact between the face and the screen from accidentally pressing icons, elements, and so on. I have on protector screen out of box! Is this hardware or software problem? I open in AliExpress dispute! Can you advise me what to do?
