This is the final chapter of our Jehanabad casting journey.
What began as a casting assignment slowly turned into a lived experience across Chhattisgarh—twelve episodes of travel, conversations, discoveries, and trust.
We met incredible local actors, listened to their stories, shared laughter over local food, and moved through towns and landscapes that added soul to the process. Casting wasn’t limited to audition rooms—it happened on roads, at tea stalls, during meals, and in quiet moments of understanding.
Every face we shortlisted carried a piece of the land they come from. Every day taught us something new about honesty, patience, and staying rooted while telling a larger story.
This series is not just about casting Jehanabad.
It’s about people, places, and the belief that real stories come from the ground.
