Challenging Probable Cause: A Trial Lawyer's Analysis of Tyler Robinson's Legal Defense (Ep. 1)

Описание: This is the first of a 5-6 video series I am doing analyzing Tyler Robinson's legal defense. More specifically, I will be conducting an in depth discussion and analysis of Tyler Robinson's likelihood of success in challenging the probable cause contained in the Information currently on file.

As many are aware, there has been a copious amount of expert testing and testimony challenging the alleged cause of Charlie Kirk's unaliving. Based upon the evidence and data brought forth since last September, there is (in my opinion) good reason to believe that a .30-06 round to the neck was not the actual cause of Charlie Kirk's unfortunate and untimely demise. As such, Tyler Robinson's defense team should (in my humble opinion) be gearing up to mount a challenge to the allegations in the current Information theorizing Kirk's death was caused by such a .30-06 round to his neck.

In this introductory video, I give a basic overview of the video series to come and set the stage for my analysis. Furthermore, I briefly explain the difference between an Information and Indictment, as that difference matters for purposes of assessing the likelihood of success for a challenge to the probable cause underpinning the charging document.
