Things Learned
Sound Design and Mixing babysteps.
After Effects babysteps (I don't know why effects stopped after a few minutes).
Recording sound.
Adding fonts.
Use of adjustment layers.
use of solids in after effects.
do not delete anything in your bin before posting the vid.
render before export.
Exporting, rendering and uploading to youtube takes so much time. Make sure to make plans, take your hobbies near the computer and pray to your local deity for no blackouts.
Ultra Key takes a lot of time to render.
Blue Eyed Samurai is a very good show to watch on your phone while rendering 16 hours of invertebrate sounds.
I'm kinda glad so many things went wrong, it gives it style.
Crediting other sources can take some time but it's still worth it
Don't do due dates. Things come out when god wants and I am not praying
Its better to dedicate 4 hours a day than pulling an all-nighter and becoming incapacitated for two days.
I think I understand the difference between sound mixing and sound design
