I made this 3d cake card without any punch or printed templates. I manually measure and cut the parts of this pop-up card. This video only show you how I make the template or the pattern not customizing it. It's up to you how you customize your 3d cake card. I will maybe making separate video on customizing this 3d cake card. But here"s a little info, I used a ribbon and lace to wrap around the cake layers, you can also use card stack paper(not too much thick), designer paper or normal paper. I think its not good to use a thick paper on this because it get too bulky for the card. I only use the card stack paper in this video for a purpose in making this a template for myself.
