Physio exercises for the low back, suitable for after disc bulge, disc prolapse or otherwise known as 'slipped disc' once the initial pain has settled down enough to do the exercise comfortably. Also suitable for a stiff or achy back. Active range of movement exercises to improve stiffness and reduce pain. Can also reduce nerve / back related leg pain, pins and needles, numbness or sciatica.
Not suitable for people diagnosed with spondylolysis (stress fracture / pars fracture), spondylolisthesis (slipped vertebra), or stenosis / narrowing of the spinal canal.
