I'm in the process of setting up a new workshop, so here's something a little different from the Curious Electric Co. (@curiouselectric)
This video is timelapse assembly of the DIY KIT Bat Listener, which claims to convert the ultrasonic sounds created by bats down to a human-audible level.
Once assembled, I show a quick test of the kit using Brian the range finding bat.
There is an arduino connection on the kit which I am yet to investigate, but I hope to look at that in a future video. I'll also try to film this with some real bats.
The total build time was around 1.5 hours.
