The Seer is not what is seen

Описание: Am I my body ... or my thoughts? If we observe, we'll soon realise, 'The Seer is not the thing that is seen', which, by elimination, leads us to 'What am I?' Am I this separate person or the invisible but conscious, spiritual 'No thing' which over-sees, inhabits and enlivens every thing?
