Completed in Peru deep in the Amazon Jungle it was the experience of a lifetime, 16 ceremonies in silence and isolation participating in the Shipibo diet called the Dieata. No sugar, no salt, no meat, no dairy, no touching others, no masterbation, in isolation, and zero talking to others. Just me, paper, pens, crayons, a bed, a mosquito net and the voices inside my head. One of the toughest challenges I have ever put myself through but also one of the most rewarding. Enjoy.
