4. Determining Decimal Places:
Select the cell(s) or column(s) that you want to format.
Right-click and choose "Format Cells" from the context menu.
In the "Number" tab of the "Format Cells" dialog box, choose "Number" or "Currency" category, depending on the type of formatting you want to apply. In the "Decimal Places" field, specify the number of decimal places you want to display.
Click on the "OK" button to apply the formatting to the selected cell(s) or column(s).
