Today's video is about non stick pan and non stick cookware. Many people asked me a question if non stick pan is good or bad health.
Today, we will perform different tests to check if non stick pans are good for health or not. Every non stick pan has a coating on top of it. The coating has a capacity to resist heat of 327 degrees . Any temperature below this will not affect bad to your health. However, if the temperature goes above 327 degrees then this non stick pan coating material is really dangerous.
Most of the time, we cook products in water. The water boiling point is 100 degrees so there will be no issues. Even oil gets fully heated at 150 degrees.
Now I will tell you when non-stick pans gets dangerous for your health. Most of the recipes videos present baking without oven and shares dry ways of baking using non stick. This can really increase the temperature to 327 degrees. This will cause decomposition of coating and will damage your health.
