Silverpoint drawing is a technique that dates back to antiquity but gained prominence in the late Gothic / early Renaissance. I started to work with it as a drawing medium a few years ago and keep returning to it when I have an idea I want to develop slowly.
In this video there is is footage of me working on on a silverpoint drawing for one of my crowdfunding supporters and sharing some tips about the drawing tools and techniques involved.
