Norma Maldonado is an actress of Puerto Rican and Spanish heritage. Her life changed when her father died in the war and her family moved from NYC to San Juan Puerto Rico when she was 12. She started her acting career shortly after. She performed in various stage performances in Puerto Rico after joining the union. Norma moved to Hollywood in the early 80’s and has been working as a professional actress ever since. She has starred and have been a recurring guest star in multiple film and television projects such as Showtime's “Hombre”, “The Good Doctor”, “Jane The Virgin”, “The Fosters”, “The Librarians”, “Superior Donuts”, “Amazon's Mad Dogs”, “Mad Men”, “Breaking Bad” and many others. In this interview, she takes us on her journey and unveils very useful tips on how to properly prepare for an audition. She shares with us how to take care of yourself as an actor, before and after booking the job. Together, Norma and Lydia underlines the importance of knowing everything about your business and campaigning.
