Here is my review of a recent lunch I had at SYU Japanese Cuisine and Sush Bar, located at #175-6628 River Road, Richmond, B.C. The waiter told us there were other restaurants in China and Japan. and it serves high end Japanese food, particularly who fish used for sushi.
I think the restaurant has some potential and perhaps they are just ironing out the kinks so hopefully in a few months, they would have got their service standard ironed out.
