Yaho~ I am Yuuki and thank you for listening to my harp cover of an "One Last Adventure" from the Anime "Frieren Beyond Journey's End" or in Japanese "葬送のフリーレン"!

When I first saw the announcement of the anime of Frieren, I was very happy. I already knew the Manga and had read a few chapters, so I knew that the anime would be amazing. And I was not dissappointed.
Frieren is a beautiful animated story about time, life and relationsship from the perspective of an almost eternal living elf girl, for who a decade is just a short moment. It is years after the heroes party has defeated the demon lord, that Frieren realizes how she missed to cherish the time she had with the friends she had found on the journey. The story focuses a lot on her how she sets out to understand the people around her even though she will outlive probably all of them. It is a story that teaches us to cherish the present and every moment we have. Beautifully written and animated, I will not forget how I was always looking forward to the new episode each week. I can highly recommend this story.
The music just underlines the story perfectly. I recommend listening to the whole album, maybe going to an old town or walking through the woods and look around you, you will see how beautiful this world is. And when you close your eyes I am sure you will be able to dream away in your own fantasy place.
One of the most emotional tracks is the one I covered here: "One Last Adventure". You will hear a version of this song during the meteor shower at the beginning of the series. It is the last time the whole heroes party is together and the start of Frieren's personal journey. And while writing this description down I realized, even tho Himmel has left the Frieren's world, he always stayed with her in her heart and memory.

Btw as a German this story is also very funny, because of the names of places and characters. I recommend looking them up. Just some examples:
Frieren = To freeze
Himmel = Sky/Heaven (it is the same word)
Heiter = Cheerful
Eisen = Iron
Fern = far away
Stark = Strong
Ende = End
Äußerst = extremly
