Описание: Mushroom Wonderland is happy to cover and bring you the Fungal Dyeing Workshop from the Kitsap Peninsula Mycological Society annual picnic in Olalla WA. Oregon mycologist and fungal pigment mad scientist Sidnee OB came up with a bag of dried mushrooms to teach a group how to use these colorful fungi to make colorful textiles by simmering them together and modify the colors with simple mordants. This craft is gaining in popularity and we are excited to finally have an episode that shows the entire process(short of finding the mushrooms themselves). There are a few people doing these workshops and Sidnee is currently travelling the states and around the world to do this with enthusiastic mycophiles and dyers alike.
