Masala peanut recipe
Besan coated masala peanuts are a delicious variation of the traditional masala peanuts. Here's what you need and how to make them:
Ingredients:
2 cups raw peanuts
1/2 cup besan (gram flour)
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Water as required

Instructions:
1. Add peanuts to the mixing bowl
2. In a mixing bowl, take besan (gram flour) and add salt as required. Add water little by little and mix well until you get a smooth batter that coats peanuts well.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium heat.
4. Dip each peanut in the besan batter and fry them in hot oil until they turn golden brown. Remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
6. Add this masala mixture into a mixing bowl and mix well. Add fried besan coated peanuts into this bowl and mix well until all peanuts are coated with masala.
7. Serve hot and enjoy these crispy and flavorful besan coated masala peanuts as a snack, with tea, coffee, cocktails, etc. They make for an excellent party snack too!
