its considered as Sabzi...
It taste Brain masala curry and some time gives taste of chicken Khumbhi contain high fiber
and vitamins, fat but totally cholesterol free. Please avoid eating before confirming that the species is edible or not, because some species are poisonous. I dont know exact type but as folks say mushroom with dark line beneath the cap is considered poisonous....
Ingredients Used are given Below:
Mushrooms: 2 Cups
Onion: 1 medium
Tomatoes: 4-5 medium
oil: 125ml
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Green & Green Chilies 8-10
Salt to the taste
