OMG guys, I was so surprised yesterday when I suddenly won the amvcontest of the Japanimanganight 2014 (Swiss Anime/Manga Festival). I never thought that my amv would win after hearing some good and also many bad reviews about this amv from my friends, but anyway I'm happy about the win, since I never edited this style, with creating a story, music style, maskings, overlays, new colorings and more. XD It was much fun editing it and also improving my edits. :) But I must also admit, it didn't ended the way as I planed in the beginning, but that happens to the most amvs, xD

I didn't recognized I won until my friend was shouting and hugging me, Then the amv was showed on a big screen in the main hall and tonnes of people saw it and me standing on the stage. ^/////^ Was an awesome feeling. xD Specially since this was the first time I won a contest so it was a really precious win to me, even when it was only a small contest. :) And yeah, my family actually don't like my hobby, I should rather do sth proper than only editing "cartoon." So it was a little proof to show them I really do sth and not only starring vegas to death. XD I smiled like an idiotic cactus when I came home with a certificate and prices in my hand and showed it to them. xD hahahaa yes! .. . .sry guys xD

Flying

The Story
The Story goes about "Edward" from the anime "Fullmetal Alchemist". Since Edward was a small kid he loved and was fascinated by the sky and wanted to get as much near as he can, When he got older he joined the army as a pilot to fullfill his dream. His childhood friend and secret love "Winry" works also in the army as a planemechanist. During the time in the army he meet also known characters from the "Alchemist" Anime, so it could be a bit confusing if u don't know the anime. Anyway. . . soon also started the second world war and Edward needed to join the war. During a mission in the sky, his plane got crushed and he got badly wounded. Half dying he catchs himself together and survives. At the last scenes you can see Edward as an old man. . .. and "shock" . . . it was only a weird dream. : D

The text in the amv at 2:40 was a contest rule, the amv was allowed to be 3min, including anime and song infos! So sry about that, I know it don't looks nice, so I'm sorry about this.

Anyway the convention was awesome and I had much fun with my friends. ♥ ♥I also hope all the other people that visited the convention had a great time :) I also gratulade to the second and third place. :) The amvs were really aws. ♥
