Homemade Chinese Clay Pot Rice （煲仔飯/Bao Zai Fan）w/ Chinese Sausage and Baby Bok Choy

Описание: Hello everyone, welcome to my channel! Today I am teaching you how to make Chinese clay pot rice! Clay pot rice is a very popular Cantonese style dish that gets ordered a lot in restaurants; in fact, it’s very easy to make at home! It for sure has many variations, and I’m showing you how to make my favourite – clay pot rice with Chinese sausage and baby bok choy.

哈喽大家好我是松灵！今天要教大家做煲仔饭。当然啦我并不是广东人所以不敢拍胸脯说我做的百分之百正宗，不过这绝对是我最爱的煲仔饭做法。

List of Ingredients (1-1.5 servings deepening on how hungry you are😆)
• 2 Chinese sausages (Lap Cheong/臘腸)
• 150g rice
• 1 cup water
• 4 baby bok choy
• 1 egg
• 1tbsp light soy sauce
• 1tbsp oyster sauce
• 1tsb sesame oil
• 1tsb sugar
• Scallion/chives/white sesame seeds for garnish

配料表（1.5人份，如果你很饿那就一人份）
• 腊肠两根
• 大米150g
• 水250ml
• 青菜4棵
• 鸡蛋一个
• 酱油1tbsp/15ml
• 耗油1tbsp/15ml
• 香油1tsp/5ml
• 糖 1tsp/一小勺
• 小葱/白芝麻点缀用
