Описание: Wart removal is a very simple common, OPD procedure which is done in most dermatology outpatient and doctors traditionally use an electro cautery machine or a cryotherapy machine to remove these. Pot the removal , obviously what we are trying to do is trying to burn the wart or freeze the wart, What happens is there is going to be some amount of cell damage and it is associated with a little pain or a burning sensation, which should not typically last for 2 to 4 hours and for that you can use some topical ice or some cooling agent which the doctor might recommend for you and apply and antibiotic creams for the post care treatment. If the burning persists beyond 4 hours and it traditionally exceeds into days, what might have happens d is there can be a secondary infection into the treatment site . n that case you need to go back to your dermatologist who can have a look at it and see if it is infected and maybe prescribe and prescribe and oral antibiotic. Traditionally post wart removal, we do not prescribe any oral antibiotics or tablets, we usually prescribe a topical antibiotic cream only. But if the doctor feels that it is necessary, then she might or he might prescribe a tablet as well. Do not ignore it if it is persisting beyond 1 day because it usually tends to disappear within 2 to 3 hours.
