Trauma has a way of echoing through the body long after the moment has passed. It can silence your truth, tighten your chest, shut down your intuition, and make you feel smaller than you truly are. But even in that silence, your power never disappears it simply retreats to protect you.
This week’s 5-minute Reiki video was created to help you reconnect with that lost or hidden part of yourself. The intention behind this session is gentle reclamation: calling your energy back from the moments where your voice was ignored, your boundaries weren’t honored, or your truth wasn’t safe to express.
As you watch, allow the energy to move gently:
• Clearing the heaviness stored in the nervous system
• Softening the freeze responses
• Reclaiming the voice that wasn’t honored
• Inviting safety back into the body
You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to be heard.
And you are allowed to heal.
