0:00 : Battle Legend Red (Single Battle) [20-win streak]
6:01 : Battle Legend Blue (Double Battle) [20-win streak]
11:44 : Battle Legend Red & Blue (Multi Battle) [20-win streak]

To unblock the Special trainer you need to defeat Red (Single battle), Blue (Double battle) or Red & Blue (Multi Battle).
Special Trainers appear every ten battles.
