Review: TronXY X5SA-400 3D Printer - A 'Starter Kit' for a Really Great 3D Printer

Описание: At only $289 for a 400mm FDM printer the TronXY X5SA-400 represents an excellent value for the build size, but a 3D printer is more than just sheer size. Obviously some corners had to be cut to hit this price point but at the end of the day, the TronXY X5SA represents an excellent value for someone that is already familiar with 3D printing and looking for a decent platform on which to build their ultimate printer!

The full review digs into what works well in the kit, what should be trashed immediately, and what can be upgraded quickly and easily with very little expense.

*Note: Do not use 3/32 window glass like I did. This was only a temporary solution so I could avoid mounting the sticker to the aluminum bed. Non-tempered glass that thin will (and did) crack under heat. It has already been replaced by a 16x16 1/4" tempered sheet.
