In December 2017, an 8-month old lamb was put up as a silent auction prize at a holiday fundraiser in Calgary, Alberta. The auctioner offered to slaughter, butcher and 'get it into the freezer'. A compassionate party-goer thought that wasn't right.
Angel & Noelle were rescued and brought to live at The Alice Sanctuary, a rescue organization connecting people and farmed animals.
