Multikills work on a 6 second interval. Step off your trap food at 6s/12s/18s/24s/30s. You need at least 1 good food per runner (extra food is fine).
The 'BA Minigame' plugin's timer on the plugin hub is slightly more accurate than the default timer, so multikills will be easier to time.
The trap can be at (1) or (2) charges.
NOTE: For beginners watching this video, do not worry about the excessive amounts of tiles that I have marked. You only need 3 food tiles in order to funnel all runners to the trap as a level 1-5 defender.
