I immerse myself in replacing the seat diaphram in my 1972 MGB. It was agreat mindfulness activity, taking me out of my own cluttered head and giving me a moment of peace from the traumas that hyaunt me. The job was harder than I anticipated, so I had to enlist the help of my sons.
