1986-1990:

1991-1994:
No pails in 1991, but McBoo bags took over. The pails returned in 1992 with cookie-cutter lids. The 1994 pails had a modern makeover, but fans missed the old designs. McNugget Buddies also became a Halloween staple.
1995-1998:
The pails disappeared, but Pizza Hut and Taco Bell rolled out Casper and Goosebumps toys, while McDonald's kept the spooky spirit alive with candy dispenser toys.
1999:
The pails returned with McDonaldland characters on the outside instead of spooky faces.
2001-2002:
Burger King had Simpsons Halloween toys, which were awesome!
