Описание: Hi there! Today we will paint an absolutely dreamy sweet spread with my Himi Miya gouache paints! We have cupcakes with different cake bases, buttercreams and toppings, exactly how i like it.

This painting take me to a nice little bakery shop in Italy 🇮🇹 This is my dream private breakfast with bagels, blackberry cupcakes, pancakes with maple syrup and so much more!

The morning I started with painting, I took some time out to spend in silence among the trees. Is is nice to just sit and do nothing.

When i came back to start painting, I had a lot of ideas, but I asked myself, what would truly make me happy? What am I genuinely excited about? I looked at Pinterest for some inspo and here I was, looking at an absolutely amazing scene full of cupcakes of all sorts.

I love cupcakes, especially because cupcakes this fancy wasn’t something I could afford as a child. This kind of food was always luxury, with I didn’t have when I was younger. I remember how good painting food used to make me feel then, and now. I know i can pull a cupcake right out of that painting and eat it!

The most challenging part of this painting was the detailing. To paint the raspberries, you need to paint red berries and pink dots to mimic the ridges.

You need to get the shading perfect and for that glossy most glaze, you go in with white dots on the side of the sun. Voila! You have a mouth watering glossy sugary raspberry on your strawberry cupcake! The blue berry was also interesting.

This also needed several layers of colours and also some colour mixing for the shading and white for the gloss. However, I did a black berry this time for the first time and loved it too! I’m so happy with the way all the pancakes turned out
