Ingredients

1 pork knuckle
2 cups water
1 cup soy sauce
6 tbsp brown sugar
2 pcs star anise
1 tbsp peppercorn
2 pcs chorizo de bilbao
15pcs swiss brown mushrooms
5 hard boiled eggs
1 bunch baby bok choy
Instructions:
Cook in the pressure cooker for 30-35 mins
Add the mushrooms, eggs and chorizo. Cook for another 3-5 minutes
Add the baby bok choy, let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
