New Listings: 411 homes hit the market (a little less than last week)
Buyer Activity: 367 homes went under contract, pending, or sold through short sale (slightly higher than last week)
Inventory: Up just 44 homes – much lower than what we’ve seen recently
Closings: 263 homes sold (down by 31 from last week)
Price Reductions: 632 sellers cut prices to attract buyers
